Description
Safe driving route: The projector can project a clear driving route on the ground to guide forklift operators to follow a safe path and avoid collisions and accidents. For example, in narrow passages or corners, project arrows or guide lines.
Cargo stacking instructions: The projector can mark the designated cargo stacking area on the ground to ensure that goods are stacked in an orderly manner as planned and improve warehouse space utilization.
The forklift virtual linear floor marking LED system utilizes high-brightness LED light sources to project linear cursors or other markings onto the floor through optical lenses. These projectors are usually mounted on the bottom or top of a forklift and can project a continuous cursor line as the forklift moves
High-resolution and multi-color projection: Technological advancements will enable projection systems with higher resolution and more color options, providing richer visual instructions.
The recommended projection distance is 3–10 meters.
With a standard 90° line lens, the projected line length is approximately twice the projection distance:
At 3 m: about 6 m line length
At 5 m: about 10 m line length
At 8 m: about 16 m line length
At 10 m: about 20 m line length
The projected line becomes wider as the projection distance increases:
At 3 m: approximately 3–5 mm
At 5 m: approximately 5–8 mm
At 8 m: approximately 8–12 mm
At 10 m: approximately 10–15 mm
A narrow-angle lens produces a shorter and brighter line for positioning. A wide-angle lens produces a longer line for forklift lanes, loading areas and warehouse safety boundaries.
XRL1334X is available with red, green or blue laser output. It operates on DC 10–80V with a rated power of 2–2.5W.
The aluminum housing supports heat dissipation and provides IP65 protection against dust and water spray.
The operating temperature range is –20°C to +55°C, and the expected service life is more than 50,000 operating hours under normal working conditions.
